States are listed from highest to lowest birth rates. In case of a tie, the states are arranged alphabetically. I find this list to be very interesting- and what's even more shocking, is that the states with the highest teenage birthrates are the states won by Mitt Romney, while the states with some of the lowest birthrates were won by President Obama.
