With HBO's "Boardwalk Empire" in its final season, all bets are off. "Boardwalk" has never been shy about killing off fan favorite characters, and with the show coming to an end any of Nucky Thompson's associates or enemies could meet their end at any moment. Of course, Nucky's not looking too secure either.
